This beautiful home, built in 1912, is perfect for wedding or game weekend! With 6 bedrooms and 5 baths, you'll have plenty of space for an alumni reunion or to visit your college student. The 100% wind-powered house is a mix of vintage and modern decor; its comfortable yet stylish furnishings will leave you feeling at home! Welcome to the Common Ground - Manhattan! You will enter the house through one of the three entrances, all equipped with keyless locks. Immediately, you'll notice that the house is ideal for large groups. On the first floor, build new memories with family and friends. You can gather around the smart television or coffee table to play board games. The dining room itself is located in between the living room and kitchen. Eight guests fit around the large, farmhouse style dining table. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, including that essential cup of coffee for breakfast. The four bedrooms are designed for a peaceful night of sleep. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. If king beds are more your style, you'll find three of them on the second floor. The second floor master suite has its own bathroom with heated floors. The other two bedrooms have access to two other bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with an Amazon Echo with Alexa. There is a bonus space on the third floor with a queen bed. We live in Denver but we are always available via text or phone. We also have a great team in Manhattan who helps when needed. You couldn't ask for a better location for visiting Manhattan! The home is located two blocks from campus and a ten minute walk from Aggieville. Downtown Manhattan is less than two miles away where you can find great food and drinks at places like the Wine Dive Kitchen (one of our favorites!).
