It can accommodate five people, possibly with a child up to three years in a crib, also six people. This apartment is about 70 m² and bright thanks to the numerous windows, most of which are on the side facing the garden. It is allergy-friendly and equipped with solid floors. An essential part of allergy sufferers in our apartments is the central vacuum cleaner system with which you can remove dirt and dust almost noiselessly, hygienically and particularly comfortably, thus ensuring a healthy indoor climate. This is an advantage for all those who attach particular importance to cleanliness, even for allergy sufferers such as house dust allergy and of course cleaning fetishists against whom we of course have absolutely nothing, lol. A central vacuum effectively transports dirt and dust particles into the collection container without tiny particles being distributed throughout the room air. The living and dining room is about 25 m², the floor is tiled and has underfloor heating. This is pleasantly warm and great for anyone who is sensitive to the cold. In the cozy sitting area there is a corner couch made of Softlux synthetic leather and is therefore wipeable. There is enough space on it for all the guests of this apartment. All furniture in this room is made of solid beech and without solvents. This creates an optimal indoor climate, looks good and is supposed to be healthy. The technology in this room consists of a Samsung LED TV with integrated receiver and satellite TV, smart TV and web browser, so except for Sky you can receive all the channels that are on Astra. The Samsung 3D Blu-ray player also includes the radio and the CD or DVD player. The phone is free except for special numbers, Wi-Fi as well, but if you enjoyed your stay with us, we would also be happy to receive a positive review. A modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave awaits you in the vacation apartment Sonnenaufgang. You will also find a fridge-freezer combination, oven with ceramic hob and small appliances such as blender, toaster, water and egg cooker. If something is actually missing, then contact us, we certainly have the right solution ready. If you do not want to shop on arrival or even have closed the shops and the Kaufman in Utersum, then you can contact the fresh market Nissen in time and you will receive the purchases delivered to the apartment on time before arrival. Our baker also offers this service and delivers the rolls you ordered in advance at seven in the morning. The bedroom on the first floor is about 13 m², i.e. the master bedroom, and has a double bed of 180 cm wide and 2 meters long. For larger people, we have a bed extension and extra large bed linen in stock. The floor is laid with laminate. In the associated built-in closet you will find plenty of space to store your suitcase contents clearly. Bright and equipped with fly screens if desired, you will hopefully not sleep through the whole vacation. The children's room in the attic has a size of about 14 m² and can accommodate 3 people. The floor is laid out with laminate as in the parents' bedroom and the beds have a size of 90 x 200 cm. Here there is a stair guard, bed rail or moisture protection for the mattress on request for the little guests. A little toy so that your offspring are not bored is also available. We would like to know before arrival whether you are bringing girls or boys and any preferences, so that your little ones feel comfortable with us right away. In the anteroom of the children's room there is a sufficiently large built-in closet for the new residents' belongings. The bathroom offers a size of about 6 sqm and has a walk-in shower of 90 x 90 cm. In addition, there is a cosmetic mirror, a towel dryer and a large cabinet in the bathroom so that the utensils of all residents can find their place. In a small cabinet in the bathroom, placed a little higher so that the little ones do not get to it, you will find a few cleaning things so that the shower does not become opaque after 3 weeks.
