The 100 sqm roof terrace is exclusively available to our guests. Comfortable garden furniture, comfortable sun loungers and a spacious daybed invite you to relax and linger. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement if needed. In-house parking spaces are available for up to 8 cars. On the first floor of the house is Florian's sports shop "Omnia Sports" including a rental and course center. Sports equipment such as e-bikes, bicycles, stand-up paddle boards, inline skates, skis, snowboards and more can be rented or purchased. Tennis lessons can be booked. Our dream apartment is aimed at families and guests who want to enjoy a relaxing time or need peace and quiet to work.
