The tastefully luxurious furnished apartment in modern style is cozy and family-friendly and if you want to relax on the balcony after an intense day, you almost believe you are in the countryside, the silence and the Mediterranean flair are stunning with a beautiful olive tree in front of your eyes. The space You are located directly in the pedestrian zone, but can be reached by car and, on request (if available), have a private parking space. Suitable for hikes and leisurely walks in the countryside. The apartment has one bedroom, but has 2 comfortable double beds. One in the bedroom (king size), the second is a sofa bed (with 18 cm high comfort mattress 160 × 200) in the living room. Therefore, possibly also ideal for 2 couples. The apartment is fully and high-quality furnished, kitchen (Ernesto Meda) fully equipped. WiFi, TV, microwave and washing machine are provided. Special amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine or the classic Moka and of course a tea making facility. The kitchen has a traditional oven as well as a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a large rain shower, separate bathtub, bidet and sink. The passageway from the living to the sleeping area also serves as a wardrobe and reading room. The floor throughout the apartment is made of solid wood. The apartment has a nice large balcony that opens onto an inner garden and is ideal on sunny days for drinking coffee, reading a book or just relaxing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including towels, a hairdryer, bed linens and kitchen utensils. Guest access The luxury apartment is completely independent and private on the second floor of the house. Guests can also use the sunny balcony at the back of the house, which is very pleasant to read a book with a drink or a cup of tea. Upon arrival, Michele's guests will receive the house keys and can come and go as they please during their stay. Other things to note The old town is lively and trendy. Have breakfast with freshly baked croissants in the Franziskaner bakery at the end of Rauscertorgasse or for a brunch with a good selection of different types of coffee, I recommend the Urban Coffee Lab in Silbergasse. Try wines in the wine shops ENOVIT and TOMA in Streitergasse or at Obstplatz in BANCO 11. On request, we can organize a visit to the local Loacker and Waldgries wine cellars. Typical cuisine in the Franziskanerstube (Franziskanergasse) or in the Weisses Rössl restaurant (Bindergasse), Italian cuisine in the Bogen restaurant (Streitergasse) or in the luxurious Löwengrube (Zollstange) just outside the pedestrian zone or in Luna, also Italian cuisine. Ten minutes' walk from the train station, five minutes from the Christmas market and a stone's throw from Kräuterplatz, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables every day except Sundays and where there is also a small supermarket that offers everything for everyday needs. Three minutes from the Archaeological Museum, where the OETZI mummy is exhibited, and finally three minutes from the shopping street Lauben, where there are shops for every taste.
