Other things to note Capacity Maximum 22 people (adults and children over 2 years old). Cleaning We provide thorough cleaning. Routine cleaning is your responsibility (dishes, bathroom, vacuum cleaner, etc.). Cleaning fee possible: €195 (if house not rented again, to be validated in advance). Options Beds made on arrival: €10 (single) / €15 (double) Towels: €6/person Bath sheet: €4 Rental of 20 chairs with armrests: €40 (Without the beds made option: please bring your duvets.) Rules Music is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Minut system measuring only the sound level (without recording) Verisure alarm without camera (disabled during rentals) Animals Pets allowed (please clean before departure). Electricity Consumption included up to 100 kWh/day. Beyond that, billing at the rate in force (reading taken together on arrival and departure). Reservations Open up to 12 months in advance July, August and Christmas holidays: full week (Saturday to Saturday) Minimum stay: 2 nights.
