The space This unit is a separate 600sq ft Executive Suite attached to the back of our home here in Seymour. The suite has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and separate bedroom. Outside there is a small privacy fenced-in area for your enjoyment. Guest access Your Suite includes a private parking spot in our shared driveway. A private entrance to your suite and a small privacy fenced in area for your usage. Other things to note There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the suite. Smoking is permitted outside.
