Recently renovated all amenities are 2 years old or less. A very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars, yet very quiet and peaceful. The studio has private off road parking and is wheelchair accessible. It would suit golfers as Pestana, Gramacho, Pinto and Vale de Milho Golf courses are 5 minutes drive away. Supermarkets are also 5 minutes away: Intermarché, Aldi, Apolonia, Pingo Doce and Auchan. The shady courtyard is an excellent hideaway during the heat of the day and a secluded spot to read and relax. A maid service (once a week) is available and we can arrange a welcome pack to your specification containing essential food items.
