The Lodge

**Opted in to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol** Cosy barn-style accommodation nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside. Located close to National Trust sites and country walks. The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only. The space There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge which has a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, cooker and hob, washer dryer, and a dining area. The living area has a cosy wood-burning stove. Free wifi and a 42" flat screen TV with freeview is included. Bluetooth. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, high-quality egyptian cotton bedding and fitted wardrobes. Hair drier and fan provided. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is plenty of space for storing toiletries. Please note THE BATHROOM HAS A LOW SLOPING ROOF - taller guests may need to bend down slightly in some parts of the bathroom but the shower is full height. Please refer to the photos. Egyptian cotton towels are provided. Guest access There is a private patio with barbeque which guests can enjoy, and parking is available on-site. Guests are welcome to explore the garden, fields, wood and orchard, which are also used by the hosts. Other things to note The nearest supermarket is Waitrose in Paddock Wood which is just under 15 minutes drive away or Sainsbury’s in Staplehurst which is less than 15 minutes drive away. We try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, so please do ask if you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later. We always do our best to accommodate where possible, but this will always be subject to guests checking in/out before/after your stay.
