Villa perfect for families with children with the forest as a neighbor

Villa from 2014 with a large natural plot and plenty of space for children both outside and inside. Perfect for relaxing, playing and barbecuing on the terrace. We have 2 cats that are inside the house when we are home (they sleep in the shed at night). 180 sqm house with two children's rooms, one bedroom, two bathrooms, multi-room with hammock and PlayStation. Direct exit to large terrace with Weber grill and lawn with the forest on 3 sides Large plot of 2200 sqm with playhouse, slide and swings in the woods, soccer goal and other games. The space Bright apartment with large kitchen/living room with skylights and direct access to the garden/forest. Beds/Sleeping places: - 1 King size - 1 Single (box mattress 90 x 200) - 1 bunk bed (folding mattress 65 x 200 and mattress 80 x 200) - 1 Single air mattress - 1 Indoor hammock Guest access You have access to the entire house except the office and storage room, where we store our private belongings and clothes. We rent out our house when we're out sailing. There is a carport with 2 parking spaces as well as a tool shed. Other things to note We have two adult cats that are used to being inside the house when we are home. They are very affectionate/outgoing and will try to enter the house if the door/windows are open. Therefore, you must not be allergic or have anything against them coming in. They eat and sleep out in the shed. They will primarily seek the two children's rooms and have access prohibited to the bedroom.
