The space A modern newly built mountain chalet in Přemyslov near Kouty nad Desnou offers a high standard and plenty of space for a stay in the Jeseníky mountains. It’s ideal for families and groups of friends. The capacity is 8–12 guests. There are 4 separate bedrooms with four double beds. Additional sleeping options include two single sofa beds and a futon sofa bed. The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. The chalet features a large communal living area with a fireplace, connected to a fully equipped kitchen designed for longer stays and cooking for larger groups. Comfort throughout the year is ensured by underfloor heating, air conditioning (heating and cooling), and the fireplace. There is also a dedicated room for storing skis, bikes, and outdoor gear. Wi-Fi and self check-in are available, and a baby cot is provided for families. Parking is available directly at the property and is sufficient for multiple cars. The price includes electricity, firewood for the fireplace, and final cleaning. Close to the chalet there is a wood-fired forest sauna, which can be booked as an optional extra (not included in the accommodation). The location works well year-round. In winter, several ski areas are nearby, including Kouty nad Desnou and Červenohorské sedlo. In summer, the area offers hiking trails, cycling routes, and easy access to key Jeseníky highlights such as Dlouhé Stráně and Praděd. For relaxation, the Velké Losiny thermal baths are also within easy reach. Pets: allowed. Please keep dogs under control indoors (do not leave them unattended, and no dogs on beds or sofas; any damage to furnishings must be covered). Quiet policy: large parties and noisy events are not welcome. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property (no shared spaces). Self check-in is available at any time after the agreed check-in time. Access is straightforward via a well-maintained access road, and parking is directly on-site. In winter, getting there is not an issue and snow chains are not required.
