The space We offer guests free parking within walking distance of the accommodation. Because the house is located in an urban area in the center of České Budějovice, parking is not directly at the house or directly at the entrance to the accommodation. Dedicated parking is located on Za domem Street, approximately 250 meters on foot from the apartments. We recommend first making a short stop at the house and unloading your luggage. Then you can drive to the prepared parking space. **Apartment** Some apartments are just a front. There is no Noble Contrast. In the morning, you'll take your coffee to your own terrace, sit down with a view of the garden, and the day will slowly begin, on your terms. In the evening, you return from the city, open a glass, sit outside, and leave the hustle and bustle behind. In the meantime, there's an apartment where everything has its place – fully equipped amenities, air conditioning for hot days, and details that will make you look forward to coming back here. Those who want to remember their stay not only by the city, but also by the place where they stayed. **House** The VIVIEN Apartments building has stood in the center of České Budějovice since 1900 and has seen a lot. From the outside, it retains its original character and story, but inside, it underwent a significant renovation in 2026 – the apartments and equipment are therefore completely new. The best of both worlds comes together here: the atmosphere of a house with a story spanning over a century and the comfort of a fresh, well-thought-out interior. You can walk to Přemysl Otakar II Square and the main train station. Inside, five apartments await you, each with its own vibe—from gentle tranquility to a more vibrant evening atmosphere. Noble Contrast is the boldest of them all. It's not a hotel or a guesthouse. It's a boutique place with human care, where every detail has a purpose – and where you're not just choosing a place to stay, but the atmosphere you want to be in for a while. Guest access Guests have the entire Noble Contrast apartment to themselves – the living area, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and their own private terrace overlooking the garden. The apartment is separate and lockable, so you have complete privacy throughout your stay. Guests can also freely use the garden by the house – a pleasant place to sit, have morning coffee, or enjoy a moment of peace after a day in the city. The accommodation also includes a free dedicated parking space on Za domem Street, approximately 250 meters from the house. Both the entrance and the apartment are keyless, accessed via a code lock. However, we always hand over the apartment in person – upon arrival, we will welcome you, show you around, and also show you the way to the parking lot, so you don't have to deal with anything yourself. We see it as a natural part of how we take care of the house: we like to know who is staying with us, and you can be sure that you will be taken care of from the very first moment. Just let us know your approximate arrival time in advance; in case we can't meet, we also have a backup solution for a convenient check-in. Other things to note Before you book with us, we'd like to tell you a few practical things in advance so you know what you're getting into. The house is located in an urban area in the center of České Budějovice, so parking is not right at the entrance. We will prepare a free reserved parking space for you on Za domem Street, approximately 250 meters on foot from the apartments. We recommend first stopping briefly at the building, unloading your luggage, and then driving to the parking space. The apartments are located on a raised ground floor – there are only a few steps to the entrance, no floors or long staircases. At the same time, thanks to the elevation, no one can see inside from the street, so you have privacy even in a ground-floor apartment. We always hand over the apartment in person – upon arrival, we will welcome you and show you how to use the keyless entry. Just let us know your approximate arrival time in advance and we'll arrange the handover. The entire house and the apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace or in the garden. We are a smaller boutique accommodation with a personal approach – not a hotel with a 24-hour reception. But that means we take care of each guest personally all the more, and we are available to you throughout your stay.
