The cottage - "Ved Bækken" - In a unique natural area

The space The house "Ved Bækken" is an older cottage for couples or families of max. 5 people who want an adventure vacation in Molslandet, Ebeltoft and the adjacent larger towns. Guests who “don't” expect a top modern house with clinical decor, but appreciate a house with soul and coziness, and yet want the modern facilities that the house is equipped with. There are 3 bedrooms with 140x210 beds. TV, and fast fiber internet. Open kitchen to the living room. There are garden furniture, dining tables and chairs on two terraces as well as wicker furniture under the covered terrace. The house is located in a completely unique location, on the best natural plot in the area surrounded by a babbling brook on two sides over to a large old seabed meadow with rich wildlife, where you can often see deer, foxes, hares, pheasants, ducks and herons that live on the meadow. There are bushes and fences to the two neighboring houses, so you can stay undisturbed on the property. You may be lucky to hear Ree Park's male lions roar and the wolves howl, as the distance there is short as the crow flies. Guest access Fuglslev, where the cottage is located, is part of a large holiday home area with many trails, some leading to Stubbe Lake and Mols National Park. Just a few minutes drive from Ree Park and 8 km from Ebeltoft's many beaches, Fregatten Jylland, Glasmusset, a large selection of good restaurants in all price ranges as well as a large selection of specialty stores in the cobbled old pedestrian streets in Ebeltoft's city center, where the guards walk their rounds and sing in the evening in the summer season. It is 40 km to Aarhus with, among other things, Aros Art Museum, which is worth visiting, with the amazing rainbow on the roof, Tivoli Friheden and Den gl. By. It is 30 km to Grenaa and the Kattegat Center's large aquariums, and about 30 km to Djurs Sommerland. Other things to note There are duvets and pillows as well as blankets for our guests. Plus dish towels, dishcloths and cleaning supplies. Guests must bring their own bed linen. Bed linen and towels can be ordered by agreement with the landlord, if desired. Final cleaning costs DKK 800 in addition to the rental price. Firewood for the wood stove is bought by the tenant himself, but .... in spring and autumn there is firewood for the first days in the house. Check-in from 3:00pm on the 1st rental day. Departure no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. NOTE!! Rental period is a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday from mid-June through autumn holidays and winter holidays. IMPORTANT: A maximum of 20 km may be driven on the gravel roads in the area and neighbors must be taken into account, i.e. no loud music or loud talking outside or in front of open doors and windows after 10:00 pm. The house may not be used for parties and gatherings with many people and may not be rented to groups of young people. It is a house for families and couples who are on vacation to enjoy nature and the many sights of the Mols area. It is "NOT" handicap-friendly, as there is a step from the entrance to the living room and rooms as well as from the living room to the covered terrace and tile area.
