Snuggle in, listen to the gentle breeze outside, and let the stillness of the lake rock you to sleep. In the morning, you wake up and simply know: here, I can just be. The Kitchen – Small in Size, Big in Heart Our kitchen is compact – and that's exactly what makes it so special. This isn't just a place to cook; it's where little moments of joy come to life: a fragrant coffee in the morning, pasta in the evening, a glass of wine alongside. Everything you need is here, plus a dishwasher to take care of the cleanup – so you have more time for the beautiful things. The Bathroom – Your Little Wellness Corner A wonderfully spacious shower invites you to start the day under warm streams of water, or to wash away everything the day brought in the evening. Simple, modern, and just right. The Living Area – A Place to Simply Be Make yourself at home: a smart TV for relaxed movie nights, air conditioning for the perfect climate in every season. A space where you truly arrive, take a deep breath, and leave everyday life behind. The Sauna – Your Wellness Moment Under Open Skies Our private outdoor sauna fits up to four people – your personal little spa in the middle of nature. After a long walk or a refreshing dip in the lake: warm up, relax, recharge. Pure well-being, just for you. The Terrace & Fire Pit – Your Favorite Place in the Evening When the sun goes down, the loveliest time of day begins. Settle in on our cozy terrace, light the fire pit, and let the evening slowly drift away. The crackling of the fire, the starry sky above, a warm drink in hand – these are the moments that stay with you. That's what true luxury is: simply being here, breathing deeply, and feeling how good it is to have nothing to do at all. Guest access The whole flat is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! Other things to note Please note that the area around Bergheider Lake is currently still under development. As a result, there may be occasional construction work, tradespeople on site, or other activities in the immediate vicinity. Especially on weekends and during school breaks, the area may get a bit livelier at times due to recreational activities in the vicinity (e.g., motorsports or outdoor activities). A quick note for anyone staying with us between mid- and late July: A festival takes place in the area during this time—including setup and takedown. This means things may get a bit livelier during the day and sometimes into the late evening hours, and heavy equipment may occasionally pass by. If you’re looking for absolute silence, you should keep this in mind when planning your stay—but if you’re in a good mood and don’t mind a little hustle and bustle, this is the perfect spot for you. We provide high-quality bed linens and towels. You’ll also find a welcome kit with coffee and tea waiting for you. There are two tiny houses on the property, situated back-to-back. Each has its own entrance and private outdoor area. Additional Services: Late check-out is available depending on availability and can be booked for an additional fee. Cleaning services during your stay can also be booked for an additional fee. A registration form must be filled out before check-in.
