Villa Fabris

Our residence villa Fabris is situated in the peacefull part of Novigrad only 200 m from the sea and it offering a perfect destination for a stressless and nice vacation. The house has his own swimmingpool and summer kitchen in the garden with a large grill. A great place for people who wish to get a relaxing holidays. Welcome to our villa in peacefull town of Novigrad! The space Villa Fabris give you maximum comfort. It is composed by two floors and has terraces with sea view and a large covered veranda. It is equipped with air condition, 2 flat TV, satellite TV, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwasher machines, 2 coffee makers and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. Villa for 9-13 persons (approx. 240 m2) with 5 bedrooms, 4 terraces, 2 living rooms with sofas, 2 kitchens and three bathrooms. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher machine, fridge with freezer, cooker, electric kettle, toaster and others necessary equipments and dinning area. A living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV, sat TV, a double sleeping couch and sofas with excess on the terrace with sea view and pool/garden space. There are three bedrooms with double beds (1,80 m wide) and two bedrooms with a single bed (0,90 m wide). One bedroom has own terrace too. Bathrooms are very large with shower and bathtub and two washbasins. There is a possibility to use the washing machine too. On the use also parking places, yard, grill in the summer kitchen and private swimming pool. Other things to note Adittional costs: one time announcement tax 5 € / person
