Amazing views & space - 5 mins from Henley!

An ideal place to stay for Henley events, or for longer while moving between properties or during renovations. It’s a lovely quiet location, just over a mile from central Henley - a 5 min drive or 20 min flat walk. The self-contained annexe adjoins our family home and offers a large ensuite bedroom, lounge / diner and a fully equipped kitchen. Add to this magnificent views & sunsets over the Assendon Valley, grazing horses, fantastic walks and an amazing Gastropub on your doorstep. The space The annexe is on the ground floor, and has its own separate entrance with parking available directly outside. We also have an EV charger, and charging can be arranged on request if you need to top up the tank! Everyone who stays tells us that the annexe is a relaxing place to be, so we have to take their word for it! The west-facing patio area has wonderful views and is great for sundowners. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is a sofa-bed in the lounge. We also have a travel cot, a mini fold-up bed and a high chair available. The kitchen has everything you need - cutlery & crockery, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave & fridge freezer. And there's a washer dryer, too. The annexe has its own dedicated fast broadband connection and a desk space for working. The total area of the annexe is around 43 square metres, and you can see a layout plan in the photos (apologies that this image is a little blurry). Guest access You are welcome to use the garden, but if you have a dog we kindly ask that you keep it on a lead as we have two cats and while the garden is very large, it's not completely enclosed. We have paddocks and ponies which you are welcome to visit by arrangement. Other things to note We have a black labrador called Chester. You will see him out and about in the garden. He is a friendly dog but can be excitable with strangers. He is pretty good with other dogs. We also have 2 cats that live with us - Simba and Nala. They don't go in the annexe but you may see them around.
