Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025. The space Kitchen, dining room and living room: The room on its own is about 27sq metres, the ceiling is high – about 4 metres. Inbuilt kitchen has good quality Bosch appliances, granite countertops and equipment that you will need for your cooking. There is dishwasher available, inbuilt fridge and freezer, modern oven. We have Nespresso for you, too. Dining table is in the middle of the room directly connected to the kitchen. Tv corner with good sofa is at the other side of the room. The staircase takes you from the living room to the bedroom nr. 1 in the attic. Bedroom 1 – attic It is cozy style bedroom, matress bed is directly on the floor due to the height of the ceiling. Hallway: In the hallway there is big wardrobe. Bathroom: Small but effectively planned bathroom is on the first floor and has a bathtub with shower. Wc: Is in a separate room. Bedroom (master): In a master bedroom there is a 160cm bed with a good matrace and storage space for your items :-) Terrace: Terrace is spacious, with wood on it. It has a good quality outdoor furniture for a great relax. Outdoor Fatboy is available for your use. Guest access The whole appartment is available for guests. Other things to note The appartment is nicely build as an annex to the appartmnent building. Therefore there are no windows from the house neigbours oriented to the terrace or the windows.
