Designers' apartment, a few minutes walk from the centre of Kifissia & Kefalari square. Situated in a small street, it is spacious quiet & sunny, overlooking a private garden and park. Large balcony, closed car parking available, see space. Close to public transport, 25 minutes from Athens city centre by train, and 30 minute taxi/car ride to the airport, as well as minutes' walk to many trendy bars & restaurants for all pockets. The famous Sygrou park , ideal for walks and jogging is close by. The space Air mattress (43 cms high, 150 cms wide, 203cms long) can sleep comfortably 2 people in a screened corner of the living room, & it is arranged on request, after more than 2 guests are using the apartment. Alternatively, a single folding bed with a ''memory mattress" can be set up giving the single extra guest even more space. A small child could sleep comfortably on the 2 seater sofa, without any charge. 2 Yoga mats are available for use by guests Closed garage parking is available at a fee of 15 euros per day. Guests are kindly asked to use the security system when absent from the apartment. Guest access All of the apartment & its very lovely, & private balcony. Other things to note The bedroom is cooled by a strong ceiling fan & the sittingroom by a large airconditioner.
