The houses are located at the foot of the Fagundo ravine viewpoint and the GR130 coastal road, one of the best options for hikers and birdwatchers. El Tablado is located in the heart of Garafia. Surrounded by the two deepest ravines on the island (Fagundo and Los Hombres) with magnificent views of the sea and the summit. At 400 meters above sea level, this combination makes it extremely green with a mild and stable climate all year round, perfect for growing tropical plants. The space The house, in the traditional Canarian style, has a tiled roof and a Tea wood floor. The house has been recently renovated, combining the old style and the comforts of modern life. It is located a few steps from the "Fagundo viewpoint". There you can see the cliff, from sea level to the green laurel forest in the mountains. Guest access The parking area and garden were formerly an "orchard". Now it is a common parking lot and a small family garden with some vegetables and young fruit trees. Other things to note El Tablado is a quiet and cozy village where the kindness and friendliness of its inhabitants stands out. Here we are far from everywhere. That is why it is special and protected with the name of Guelguen Special Nature Reserve and Landscape Protection. You must bring your groceries. There are no shopping centers, hotels, nightclubs, traffic, pollution, or mass tourism here. You can contact us to get organized and find a way to make it easier for you. In the village is Cafe-Bar La Garza (open on weekends and some more days ...) where you can find essential supplies and order food made with love. The nearest supermarket is about 15 km away on the Llano Negro plain. There is also "Sabores de Garafia" where you can get fresh organic fruits and vegetables from local farmers. And the "El Gasam" cooperative where they sell wine, cheese and local meat. At the junction to San Antonio del Monte, 12 km from the house.
