The house is located in a quiet and secluded area just a few meters from the sea, 3 km from the village of San Vito, between the historic Tonnara and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. It has direct and private access to the sea. Accommodates up to 6 people and 1 child. It is arranged over two levels and is surrounded by a large garden and a lawn. An ideal place to immerse yourself in nature and be lulled by the sound of the sea! The space The house, dating from the 1960s, is part of a small condominium of houses designed in the rustic style of seaside homes. The main floor consists of 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, one of which has air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, one of which is inside a bedroom, a living room with air conditioning, a kitchen (fridge, washing machine, five gas burners, and an electric oven), 2 terraces overlooking the sea, and a barbecue area. Downstairs, accessible via an external staircase, is the third bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom (without a window). In this room, a sofa bed can be used to accommodate a child. The bedrooms can have either a double bed or two twin beds, depending on your needs. The three bathrooms and the kitchen were renovated in June 2023. At the foot of the steps leading to the sea, there is a furnished lawn and an outdoor shower. On the rocks, access to the sea is facilitated by a seasonal wooden platform. A garden of olive trees, dwarf palms and wild agaves, plumbago, oleanders, capers and prickly pears surrounds the house and its terraces. Tall pine trees provide shade during the hot hours of the day. Behind the house, you can see Monte Monaco, behind which the sun sets. The house faces east (the sunrise is visible from the terraces) and is exposed to the sun until about 5 pm. Guest access You can park up to 3 cars in the condominium area that precedes our property, in the shade of a pine forest. The sea is accessible via a staircase and a path between the rocks (distance about 30 meters). The water is immediately deep. Other things to note From 01/04 to 30/11 the municipality of San Vito Lo Capo imposes the payment of a tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children up to 10 years old are exempt. The tax must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. A special receipt will be issued. Upon arrival, the guest who makes the reservation signs a lease for short tourist rentals. The house does not provide beach towels or underwater equipment. The wooden platform on the rocks is seasonal: it can be disassembled before the end of the tourist season if the sea weather forecast does not allow its maintenance. The terraces can be dangerous for young children because they are raised and bordered by stone seats with low backs. Tap water is not drinkable. We recommend using rock shoes to get into the water.
