The property has a lovely central position in the village of Southrepps, within close reach of a convenience store and a traditional pub. The space Step inside Hope Cottage and you'll find a cosy sitting room, featuring a log burner, comfortable seating and a wall mounted TV. There's also a DVD player in here and a movie collection. From here, step through into a well equipped, bright and spacious kitchen diner which is set up for all of your self catering needs, and includes a dish washer, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster and dining table with seating. There are two bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 in a king size bed and there is ample storage space in the form of built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2: this is a bunk bed room and sleeps 2. There is a desk set up in here, for anyone who may need it. A family bathroom is located off the landing upstairs and features shower, bath, washbasin and WC. To the rear of the property you'll find a gorgeous garden, which is an ideal sun trap. Parking for one vehicle is available in front of the property. Further (free) parking can be found a short walk away at the Southrepps Village Hall carpark. One pet is most welcome to stay - a pet fee applies. Please inform the host if you plan to bring a pet with you. Set in the peaceful village of Southrepps, Hope Cottage is surrounded by the gentle beauty of the North Norfolk Countryside. Southrepps is an ideal location offering amenities and being set within the countryside and yet located a short drive away from the coast. Gunton Railway Station is approximately 1.5 miles away, or a 5 minute drive, and from here you can take services into the fine (and historic) city of Norwich or in the other direction towards the coastal resorts Cromer and Sheringham.
