There is fast WIFI, Sky stream with movies , TNTsports and Netflix premium. On the ground floor In the laundry room you have access to the laundry facilities . The parking space is on the Farncombe Hill forecourt where EV charging is available . This Flat welcomes up to two well behaved dogs and there is a small garden at the back . The space Pound corner is a three story house with a flat on each floor . The upper floors have great views over the Surrey Hills . We are located on the corner of Farncombe Hill and Binscombe Lane . There is traffic noise during rush hour but at other times it is fairly quiet. Reducing our carbon footprint is very important to us. We have an air source heat pump for heating and hot water powered by solar panels and 100% green electricity. Guests have access to our laundry facilities and a shared garden . We offer fast WIFI and a good selection of streamed TV services including Netflix premium . There is one parking space for each flat and EV charging is available . The nearest main line station is Farncombe , 5-7 minutes walk. The busy shopping centre of Guildford is just one stop and trains to London Waterloo run hourly taking about 45 minutes. There is also a bus stop right outside the house with frequent buses to Guildford and Godalming . Godalming has a small shopping centre with a good choice of restaurants and is walkable in 15-20 minutes . Guest access Farncombe mainline station is about 5 minutes walk. There are local shops in Farncombe including a supermarket, chemist, butchers and several cafes and food outlets. Trains go direct to London Waterloo within about 45 minutes. Guildford is one stop by train or about 4 miles by car and is a bustling shopping centre. The historic town of Godalming is 20 minutes walk and has many restaurants and a selection of shops.
