Luxury loft

The loft is the top floor of Pound Corner , a three story detached house located at the bottom of Farncombe Hill Godalming. We are a low carbon property heated by Air source Heat Pump with solar panels. Three self-contained flats here have their own secure access from a shared stairway and main entrance . The flats share use of a laundry room and small garden. There is fast WIFI and streamed TV with Netflix premium. Each flat has one parking space. The space The loft provides spacious and comfortable living for families and small groups. It is fully self contained and has its own emergency exit. There are fabulous views over the Surrey Hills from both the bedroom and sitting room/kitchen . The kitchen has just been fully upgraded to a high specification incorporating a dishwater, integrated microwave , cooker-hob , fridge-freezer , incorporated filtered water by Water2 pod and a coffee/beverage station . The high quality work-top provides a dining area for 4 people and a raised breakfast bar section with a high speed A + C usb charging socket that is perfect for working from home . Zen Internet provides fast WIFI , through the full fibre 500 package with Every Room. Our Sky streaming TV package includes Netflix Premium ,Sky Sports, Sky cinema and TNT Sports . The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a single sofa bed so 4 guests can sleep comfortably. An extra fold out bed can be requested. There is plenty of storage but remember it is a loft so expect quirky shaped cupboards with low access doors and mind your head! The bathroom has a walk in shower , basin , WC and under floor heating. There is no bath in this apartment but a baby bath is provided . The laundry room is on the ground floor and is free for guests to use by booking a slot on the rota. Laundry products are provided. There is a heat pump tumble dryer and a rotary line in the guests garden for dry days . The guest garden has outdoor seating , a barbecue , a rotary dryer and a small area of lawn. The garden is shared by the three apartments at Pound Corner including dogs if staying . We are very conscious of the need to be green. The house and hot water are heated by an Air Source Heat Pump and solar panels , the property is very well insulated and has additional heating sources if needed . EV charging is available on site and we are careful to recycle whatever we can , including food ! We have three apartments available here at Pound Corner, the loft is not pet friendly but 'The Ground floor pet friendly ' and First floor Twin bed ' welcomes pets. Guest access When you arrive at the property , access is via lockbox. You will receive a code for the box before your arrival . The lockbox code changes frequently . Once inside, you will have your own set of keys to use for the duration of your stay . Other things to note Car charging needs be pre-booked as we only have one charging point. We will need your car details and licence plate in order to calculate the costs.
