The space One-bedroom apartment in an old farmhouse on Elba Island, with exposed beams and a portion of private garden equipped with a table, chairs, and a shady canopy. The apartment consists of a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people, 1 double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. For your safety, there is a fire extinguisher in the apartment as required by law. It is close to the beautiful white beaches of the Portoferraio coast. 150 meters from Sottobomba beach, 300 meters from Capobianco beach, 500 meters from Padulella beach, and 3 km from Sansone beach. The renowned Gulf of Biodola is a 15-minute drive away. 2 km from the remarkable historic center of Portoferraio with its Medici fortresses, the marina, and the "calata," where in addition to typical restaurants, there are shops for shopping and supermarkets. The house is easily accessible from the port where ferries dock, by public transport (bus no. 3 and 4), in 20 minutes. From Portoferraio, there are also shuttles to many beaches on Elba Island during the summer season. It is a very nice apartment located not in a residence but in a rural setting, surrounded by Mediterranean scrubland hills and 150 meters from the sea... so there is no need to move the car! The house is cool, and the garden is perfect for breakfasts and outdoor dinners. Elba Island can be reached from the port of Piombino with a navigation of about 1 hour and is served by various companies (there are 4 in high season).
