Ground-floor apartment in a restored 1920s stone house above the Soča Valley, located in Vrsno (7 km from Kobarid). Charming interiors with original 1940 kitchen and bathroom tiles, living room with a large seating area, bedroom and private garden can house up to 3 guests. You can also enjoy shared spaces, including the vine-covered garden with loungers and hammocks, fire pit and grill. ~10 minutes drive from the Soča River and from Triglav National Park. Airport pickup can be arranged. The space The apartment includes one bedroom with a king-size bed for two guests. The living area has a large 3.5m by 1.3m custom made sofa with a firm mattress and can accommodate an additional guest, set up with proper bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and utensils for daily use. The dining area includes a table suitable for meals. The bathroom is clean and functional, with a shower and standard amenities. Guests also have access to shared outdoor areas on the property, including a garden with BBQ, fire pit, hammock and seating spaces. The layout is practical and comfortable, suitable for both short and longer stays. Guest access Guests are free to use private patio in front of their apartment, as well as the shared garden area with BBQ, fire pit, hammock and loungers. Free parking is also available on site. Other things to note Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom accommodates two guests on a king-size bed. An additional sleeping space is available in the living room on a large custom made sofa of ~3.5m x 1.3m, set up with the same pillows and bedding as the bedroom. Location: the apartment is located in a rural setting, on a hill slope in a small village of Vrsno, 7km (4.3miles) outside of Kobarid. The nearest store, restaurant, coffee shop and ATM are in Kobarid. Public transport: in July and August, there's a bus that takes you down to Kobarid or higher up the mountain to the entrance of the Triglav National Park 3x daily at a minimal fee, and offers transport of the bikes. Other than that, it's best to get around by car. Laundry: You can use a shared washer and drier at the premise.
