This 3 bedroom detached villa is one of the closest villas to the beach and if you can’t walk up hills is ideally located on the ground level of Ventnor Holiday Villas with parking to the side of the villa. The space Bedrooms: the master bedroom a double room with a sea view; has a double pine bed, the middle room; a double room, has 2 single divans and the third room two smaller single beds. Lounge/Dining Room: panoramic sea view, pine dining table and chairs for 6, 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofas, flatscreen TV with freeview channels, giving many channels to choose from. This villa now has Wifi, also the nearest wifi point is Besty and Spinkys café 5 minutes walk along esplanade. Kitchen: recently installed fully equipped modern kitchen; with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, saucepans, cutlery, tableware etc. It is a good idea to bring sundry items like washing up liquid, cloths etc. Bathroom: recently upgraded bathroom with shower and shower screen. Large cylinder providing plenty of hot water. Heating: fully equipped with electric heaters, it doesn’t take too much to heat this property. Outside: New French doors with new decked area to the front to watch the ever changeable sea. Parking: parking is at the side of the villa, there is also a private villa carpark. Children: a high chair and travel cot are available free of charge, these need to be booked prior to your holiday. Dogs: well behaved dogs are welcome, only 1 is allowable. Please allow an additional cost of £25 per week. You are able to take your dogs to Bonchurch beach all year, but dogs are only allowed on Ventnor beach during off peak times. There is Ventnor Green nearby also to exercise your dog. Washing: there is a laundrette nearby, open daily, in Ventnor town opposite the main carpark.
