The villa opens onto a wonderful space designed to fully experience nature: an 8x4 meter swimming pool (depth 1.40 m) perfect for cooling off on summer days, a garden of approximately 1,500 square meters with olive trees, fruit trees, a children's play area, and a large shaded patio with a large table and barbecue for convivial moments outdoors. The Interior: This portion of the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, spread across three double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The interiors, spread across 240 square meters, exude all the authentic charm of Tuscany. The structure, built of stone like ancient farmhouses, exudes a warm and refined atmosphere, perfect for immersing yourself in the local culture. On the lower level, a raised basement with tall windows, is a living room with a large sofa that converts to a double bed and a smart TV; a private bathroom (with window, sink, toilet, bidet, and bathtub/shower combination); the property's second fully equipped kitchen; and the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and storage closet. On the ground floor, access is gained from the covered patio, either through a door in the entrance hall or through a large window into a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a table for eight, a fireplace, and a storage closet. The ground floor also features a cozy living room with two sofas, a fireplace, a smart TV (Netflix subscription included), and a bathroom with a window, sink, toilet, and bidet. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom (with a window and shower), a master bedroom with a large dressing room and pool views, a double bedroom, and a large bathroom with two sinks, a toilet and bidet area, a bathtub, and a shower.
