A large (wooded) garden with a covered terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue is available to you. Shopping facilities within 2 km, use of the whirlpool for 10 euros per person per day; please indicate this when booking or 1 day before check-in. Payment in cash. The space The apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished. This area invites you to hike and cycle through the beautiful nature or along the Ems. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal, along with your own garden with seating. Parking right outside the door (free) Other things to note THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR USING THE HOT TUB. The hot tub can be booked for a stay of at least 2 nights! The cost for this is €10.00 per person per day. The hot tub is available from 6:00 p.m. to midnight. The use of bathrobes and bathing shoes is included in the price. The wood for the hot tub is included in the price. Please close the windows of the apartment during outings.
