For the colder period there is also a gas stove and a fan heater for the bathroom. Outside the house there is a large covered patio where there is a sofa, a table with four chairs where you can also eat meals and two sun loungers for sunbathing. All around there is an orchard with tropical plants, an orchard of native plants, an orange grove and a lemon grove.
