House with pool 20 minutes from the ocean

House for 4 to 6 people, dedicated to family stays. (No groups for various parties). Spacious house, 3 bedrooms, with a large semi-covered terrace overlooking the pool. You will be greeted by Valérie. You will see her for cleaning, inventory, etc. You will find an impeccable house that we would like to find in the same condition. Some additional information for your stay: For the recycling bins, you exit the house to the left, immediately to the right, you go around the restaurant parking lot, then 1st right, the bins are in front of you at 50 m. For household waste, on the right as you exit, in Rue du Nouaou about 50-60 m away you will find the containers. I'll leave you the key to the pool roller shutter, if you need it. To close, you must hold the key to the left during the operation. For opening, one notch to the right is enough to open it automatically. Regarding the pool, you have almost nothing to do except monitor the water level. I made a line with the marker on the skimmer (hoping it doesn't fade in the long run), the water level must not drop below it, otherwise the pump will deflate, the water will no longer be filtered and it will be a disaster. I leave a hose available if needed. Valerie will put 2 chlorine pebbles per week. Otherwise, all you have to do is enjoy! If anything seems suspicious to you (water color, pump noise...) call me.
