This family home is situated in a uniquely beautiful location. It directly borders the Greyton Nature Reserve, boasting uninterrupted views into the reserve, and the magnificent Riviersonderend mountain range as it's backdrop. The abundance of hiking and bicycle trails are literally on your doorstep. The house is safe, privately situated and perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy everything outdoors that Greyton has to offer. The space MAIN LIVING AREA This consists of an open plan area which houses the lounge with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. This opens up onto a large veranda with braai / bbq facilities and garden all with beautiful mountain views. BEDROOMS There are 3 double bedrooms in the main house. One of which leads through to a study with double sleeper couch which is perfect for kids. The main house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. There is also a separate loft studio with a 4th double bed, it's own kitchenette and bathroom. This can accommodate a further 2 adults, and a child on single bed.
