This 2-room apartment is on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex on approx. 46 m². The apartment is for max. 4 people suitable and offers a beautiful, side sea view from the balcony. The whole apartment is modern and stylish and will delight you. The combined living and sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), wardrobe, comfy corner sofa and flat screen TV. Decent, indirect lighting gives the entire living area a particularly cozy atmosphere. From here you can access the covered, furnished balcony. The separate bedroom has a bunk bed (70x200 cm each), an additional flat screen TV and can be darkened with curtains. The kitchen is also bright and modern and even has an oven at comfort height. A spacious walk-in shower gives the separate, internal bathroom absolute exclusivity. A car underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm through height). You can park your bicycles in one of the 2 basement rooms in house A or in the bike room on the ground floor between house A and B. In house D, there is a communal laundry room with a washer and dryer on the floors *contact info removed* (for a fee/coins). The wifi connection is included. The use of the indoor swimming pool, the three communal roof terraces with sea and land views as well as the table tennis room are of course free of charge for you.
