Its prime location allows you to walk to the lakeside promenade, traditional restaurants, and the train station with connections to Lugano, making the property ideal for vacations, business trips, and exploring Lake Lugano and the beautiful sights between Italy and Switzerland. The space The apartment consists of a double bedroom furnished with a large closet and two bedside tables. Upon request, we have a camping cot for children. The bathroom has a sink and a bidet, and the shower has just been replaced. Hand soap, body wash, and a hairdryer are provided. The kitchen has a newly purchased Dolce Gusto machine so you can make coffee, but also hot water for a nice herbal tea. There is also a kettle and a microwave; all these amenities are new, along with cutlery and glasses. Opposite the kitchen, there is a large entrance hall with a shoe rack and a piece of furniture. In the living room, we have a new sofa bed for two people and a queen-size bed. The TV is brand new, and this room also has an air conditioning unit that can provide both hot and cold air. From the living room, you can go out onto the terrace. The apartment is in the historic center; right outside the building, there are bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The lake is 200 meters away, as is the customs office. It is a 5-minute walk to the train that goes to Lugano, which is 10 km (6 miles) away. Other nearby towns include Luino, which is part of Lake Maggiore and also 10 km away. Como is 50 km away, while Milan is 70 km away. Guest access The day before your arrival, we will send you all the information you need to easily reach the apartment and complete the check-in on your own. You will receive a detailed guide with directions, photos, and short videos that will show you step by step where to go, where to park, and how to access the apartment. This way, you can arrive with complete peace of mind and have all the information at your fingertips, without any worries. Other things to note Parking is free and located in Piazza Europa, practically right in front of the house, thanks to a pass provided by the host. There will be a yellow coupon as soon as you enter the lobby, which you should place on your car’s dashboard and leave at the property when you check out. The accommodation tax is €1 per guest per day of stay. Wi-Fi is free of charge, and you can find the password in the lobby using the QR code or by entering it manually.
