La Ferme at the foot of Les Vignes Champenoises

This farm, which has recently been renovated, is located in of one of the most beautiful village of the Champagne vineyard. Pévy has 200 inhabitants and is only a 20 minute journey to the city-center of Reims. Surrounding the village, which consists of millstone houses, you will find endless vineyards and a relaxing countryside. The space You will reside in the 'habitation' part of the farmhouse. On the ground floor, the pleasant kitchen and it’s terrace allows for both indoor and outdoor living. The spacious living room promotes relaxation with a fireplace and a television. You also have access to your private garden near the terrace, which allows for plenty of sun-baths. Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom, two bedrooms and we can arrange a small 'extra' bedroom if required. There are two independent bathrooms. At your arrival, beds will be made and towels are supplied. The large and secured courtyard is ideal for children’s games. Your host lives on the other side of the courtyard and is available if needed. Bicycles (adult & children’s), table tennis and billards is available on request. An Intex jacuzzi can easily be put in service (only in summer). The farm also has a pétanque court, barbecue and board games. The family tennis court is reserved for you. It offers a vast green space and a breathtaking view from the heights of the village. A shopping complex is located in the neighboring village only 4 km away with a big grocery shop, Tabac, pharmacy and bakery.
