A ten minute walk takes you to the centre of Cheltenham Spa. Ideally located for Cheltenham festivals and for those seeking a quiet location with a short walk to the lively hotspots. The space Inside is bright and contemporary, giving a holiday mood. The bedroom boasts a super king sized bed with views to Leckhampton Hill a short walk away. The bathroom is newly fitted with shower and bath, heated towel rail and micro cemented walls and floor. Downstairs is an open plan living area with large TV and sofa. Breakfast bar running full length into a well equipped kitchen. Other things to note There is free parking on the nearby streets, it’s fine to stop outside the Cottage to unload etc as it’s such a quiet lane. There are parks a short walk away however the Cottage has no garden. There is strictly no washing or drying of clothes etc permitted in the house. The Wifi is good for phones, tablets and Laptops but the TV is not able to connect.
