There is direct access from the grounds to the south west coastal footpath, just a few minutes walk away from Thurlestone Village and Bantham. Situated in the South Hams in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty only a short drive from Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Available for week bookings or short breaks. The apartment is accessed via a courtyard, on entry you have a hallway with plenty of hanging space for coats and a rack for shoes and boots. The open plan living and dining area has lovely views across the grounds, 2 sofas comfortably seat 4 and the extending dining table means plenty of space to enjoy a family meal after a busy day on the beach. The adjacent galley kitchen is well equipped with integrated fridge with freezer compartment, integrated dishwasher, oven with separate grill and halogen hob. The cupboards host plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils to cook up a feast. Down the hallway there are 2 bedrooms again overlooking the grounds, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower. 10 The Downs is situated in 4 acres of grounds, you are free to wander and find a space to relax and enjoy the panoramic sea views across Burgh Island and Thurlestone Rock. There is plenty of parking in the spacious car park where you car can also enjoy the view! Direct access to the South West Coastal Footpath allows you to walk the coast and to the beaches without using the car. Furry friends are also welcome to visit, as long as their owners are well behaved!!
