Newly renovated in 2025/26, it offers a calm and comfortable stay in a compact but thoughtfully laid-out space, with warm Scandinavian style, a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine, and easy access to both the city and nature. The space The loft apartment has its own entrance at the back of the house and feels private, bright, and peaceful. It is set in a quiet residential area with views of surrounding hills, and nature is very close: there are walking trails directly from the house, and in winter you may occasionally be lucky enough to see the northern lights. At the same time, the location is highly practical. You are within easy reach of Bergen city centre, the shopping areas of Åsane, Åsane Arena, groceries, and pharmacies, and also well placed for scenic day trips towards fjords and mountains further north. It is a lovely fit for guests who want a peaceful base with views, nearby nature, and easy access to the city. Tea, coffee, and a few simple kitchen basics are also available to help you settle in. Guest access Guests have access to the entire loft apartment, with a private entrance at the back of the house. Self check-in is easy with a lockbox, making arrival simple and flexible. Free guest parking is available nearby, usually within a 1–3 minute walk from the house. There are also lovely hiking trails directly from the house, leading into the forest and surrounding hills. At the same time, Åsane Arena, shopping areas, groceries, and other amenities are just a short drive away. Other things to note We live in the house ourselves, so you may occasionally see us in the garden or hear normal everyday noise. This is a quiet residential area, and we appreciate quiet evenings and consideration during the evening and at night. Public transport is fine for day-to-day use, but it is more limited at weekends and during public holidays, so a car can be useful. At the same time, there is free parking in the area, and it is a short distance to Åsane Arena, shopping centres, grocery stores, a pharmacy and Bergen city centre. The flat is also relatively compact, so it is best suited to guests who want a cosy and practical place to stay, rather than very large living areas.
