Here is La Roche, a former mill, on the banks of the Automne River, completely restored in a contemporary way with a capacity of 15 people. Please note that our house rules prohibit all parties and events. The space Our 5-star furnished tourist accommodation is located in one of the 3 buildings that make up the Domaine de la Roche. The Domaine includes our residential house, the tourist accommodation and a 3rd building composed of a SPA, a swimming pool (from May to September), a Sauna and a Billiard Room. Our 200 m2 furnished tourist accommodation consists of a 90 m2 living room with open kitchen, living room equipped with a video projector, ideal for organizing your business seminars or slideshows with friends. It includes 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms spread over 2 floors in an atypical way. A large terrace with garden furniture and a relaxation area are available. In the second garden, by the Automne River, you will find secure parking for 6 cars. For safety reasons, we can accommodate up to 15 people maximum during the day or overnight. La Roche is located in a quiet area and enclosed by walls with private indoor and outdoor parking. We accept guests who respect the premises and our neighborhood. As a reminder, we do not accept parties, soirées and all forms of noise pollution in the evening or during the day. Guest access Guests can take advantage of the whole house and garden. A 2-minute parking lot for 2 vehicles allows you to drop off your luggage. The main and secure parking is located in the second garden. Other things to note You will certainly fall in love with this old mill. It will be hard to leave! As owners, we are on site for your comfort. As a reminder, outside music is prohibited.
