The cottage boasts a one bedroom, one bathroom layout and is comfortability sized for up to four guests. The kitchen offers all new appliances and is stocked with enough cooking utensils to please any chief. The 100Mb WiFi should satisfy any streaming, gamming, or business needs and the wall mounted 65" Sony TV can be viewed from the outside patio when BBQing or relaxing. Air conditioning (split unit heat pump) provides comfort in the summer and the living room sofa folds out to a queen bed with bedding located in the closet. Being conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks to Dog Beach and 5 blocks to all local shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, it's easy to get around town by either walking or biking. Remember, we keep two beach cruisers at the house for your use.....Because San Diego offers premier tourist destinations, the cottage is a great launching point to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer! For us, Uber is the easiest way to get around. Be it Balboa Park, Padres baseball, Sea World, or the Gas Lamp District, Uber is safe, easy, and inexpensive. Enjoy your stay.
