The space The house is located in a residential area of Pittulongu, with a private garden of 400 square meters, and a parking space inside the exclusive garden. Breathtaking sea view from the large covered terrace where you can eat outside, furnished with a wooden table and 6 comfortable chairs. The newly built house is complete with all amenities, air conditioning in all rooms with Daikin air conditioners, LED TV, Sky decoder, iron and ironing board, Candy washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher for 8 place settings, Panasonic microwave, outdoor barbecue, outdoor shower, etc. Walking 80 meters you will find a small beach with a pier where you can swim until late evening. The villa has 2 modular bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin with single beds, or 2 twin with single beds or 2 double. A crib for children up to 3 years old is also available. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be transformed into a three-quarter bed where 2 people can sleep comfortably. The area is very quiet, without traffic and very close to commercial activities such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries and a fish market where they cook fried fish. Wi-Fi service is available from May 1st to October 31st at a cost of €15.00 per week Guest access Guests have the entire house, garden with barbecue, terraces where you can eat meals at the wooden table with 6 comfortable chairs, and parking is located inside the garden. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Final house cleaning, bath towel and sheet supply services must be paid for on the day of check-in, in cash. The cost is €65.00 for the cleaning service and €35.00 for the supply of towels and sheets. 1 Electricity consumption Electricity is included up to a maximum of 5 kW per day. Excess kW cost €1.00 each and must be paid before check-out. The meter will be read upon arrival and before departure 2 Maximum respect for the home with special attention to energy waste. Always check that the shutters are closed, the air conditioners are off, and the garden lights are off when you are not at home. 3 Close the terrace curtain in windy weather or before leaving the house. 4 Use of the barbecue: It must be cleaned whenever it is used, so that it does not fill with ants. 5 Separate waste collection: It is mandatory to separate the waste produced and place it in the appropriate containers located outside the house. 6 Wifi the service is available from May 1st to October 31st.
