Traditional Summer House

Our house is located in the heart of Perdika Village. It is a spacious 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a veranda with great view to Saronic gulf. It is very close to the sea, facilities and restaurants, while still located in a very quiet spot. It is fully equipped with all the necessary in order to provide you a pleasant staying. The space It is the second floor of a two–storey spacious house. An elevator is not provided but the stairs to the house are wide and not a lot. The house has two bathrooms and three separate bedrooms, all 3 of them with air conditioning. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed and a third bedroom with a single bed and a sofa. In the living room there is a sofa bed which can accommodate one more person. The kitchen/living room is fully equipped with a tv, a vintage radio/cd player, a big fridge, an electric oven, as well as with all the basics for cooking, such as pans, pots, plates, etc. The big veranda of the house is ideal for relaxing, even during the day, without being too hot, as the half of it is fully covered. It has an amazing view to the island of Poros, to Methana, to Peloponnese, as well as to Moni Island. You have Saronic gulf on your feet, while drinking your coffee! Guest access Τhere is a shared garden, full of lemon trees and flowers. The house does not have private parking, but there is space for parking next to it or very nearby. Other things to note It should be noted that at the garden we have cats but they do not have access to the house in any way.
