Cottage yard at Tempelseter - available during the winter holidays

Sunny terrace overlooking the mountains, undisturbed and sheltered from the wind! Road to the door, running water and electricity. Good starting point for mountain hikes or small trips nearby. The cabin is well equipped for 8 people; ample kitchen equipment, fireplace, gas grill, fire pan, outdoor furniture, radio, TV for streaming on tenant's subscription, playstation 2, 32" flat screen, board games, guitar etc. The tenant must bring bed linen, towels and do the washing himself. The space The cabin is located near the end of a dead end road so there is very little traffic in the area. The ski track starts by the road just above the cabin. Well maintained slopes! Driving to the ski resort on Norefjell takes half an hour. The heat in the cabin can be controlled remotely so that it is a comfortable temperature when you arrive. The heat in the annex is turned on before you arrive if you want to use the annex. Electricity included in the rent Two bedrooms are in the main cabin, in the annex there is a double bed and a loft with three single mattresses. The stairs to the loft are steep. Both in bedroom 1 and in the annex there are large tables that are suitable for a workplace/home office. PC screen 32" can be used. Kitchen has an open solution towards a smaller living room and dining area with space for 8 people. The chairs from the living room fit nicely in front of the fireplace. Large integrated fridge with a small freezer. Basic items such as cleaning products, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and some dry goods are available. Driving to the Spar store takes 10 minutes. It is open 24/7. Located in the stable barn. TV without subscription is in the living room and can be used for streaming or TV watching on the tenant's subscription. There is good mobile coverage in the area. New DAB radio is also in the living room. There is no washing machine. Guest access The easiest thing is to use your own car to/from the cabin. There are one to two parking spaces at the cabin and plenty of spaces 20-30 meters up. In winter we recommend that it is not run the 20-30 meters down to the cabin without first checking if it is slippery. The road down to the cabin was regularly plowed with a tractor. Electric car can be charged at the cabin wall at no extra cost. The car's included charger must be used. Other things to note The tenant must bring simple duvet covers, pillowcases, double sheets for three beds and towels, simple sheets for the mattresses on the loft. Guests leave the cottage as it was on arrival and do their own washing. Help for cleaning can be arranged for extra payment. If any help is desired, we need to know at the time of booking.
