The bathroom has a bathtub. The toilet is separate. In the living room there is a dining area and a couch with a flat-screen TV. From the living room you can reach the 12 sqm terrace. There is also a bedroom with double bed on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. From two bedrooms you can reach the balcony. The second bathroom has a shower. The toilet is separate. Linens, towels, table linen and kitchen linen are provided. Wi-Fi, parking and use of the sauna area are free of charge. Behind the house is a large garden with seating. The cottage is located in a quiet residential area outside the center of Hollenstein an der Ybbs and is suitable for families and groups. A  large garden for barbecuing and playing is located between the house and the edge of the forest. The house is the ideal starting point for cycling tours or the Königsberg bike park, hiking and swimming in the nostalgic beach on the Ybbs River. A nice children's playground is only 200 m from the Mariechen vacation home!
