This detached single-storey house has 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, etc.) with dining area, and a bright living room opening onto a pleasant veranda converted into a dining room. There is also a functional bathroom with shower, washing machine and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. The gîte has a cot and high chair for young children. Outside, relax in the large enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for summer meals. There is also an enclosed bicycle storage area.
