The exclusive garden, filled with fruit trees, provides natural shade and complete privacy—perfect for relaxing outdoors away from it all. The veranda overlooking the greenery is ideal for peaceful meals with friends or family. The single-story house accommodates up to 4 people and is surrounded by vineyards, medieval villages, and historic wineries. The space INTERIOR A comfortable hallway welcomes you at the entrance and conveniently organizes the spaces. The bathroom with a shower is immediately on the right, while on the left, the kitchen—complete with a stove, oven, and everything you need—allows you to cook and eat in comfort. The bright living room is the heart of the apartment, featuring a double sofa bed that is perfect for relaxing or accommodating two additional guests. The double bedroom, featuring bedside tables, lamps, and a large wardrobe, ensures comfort for a good night’s sleep. EXTERIORS The level garden, with fruit trees and olive trees, offers natural shade and a quiet corner all to yourselves. In the summer months, when the fruit is ripe, guests are free to pick it directly from the trees. An outdoor table with an umbrella and deck chairs is available for enjoying the open air. For the more adventurous, we also offer a hammock! Parking is not private, but a small square just a short walk away offers plenty of space without any issues. Guest access The property is accessed via a gate on the street, followed by a driveway that leads to the entrance porch. From here, a few steps lead to the interior of the house.
