Quietly located room in the wine village on the Moselle

Welcome to the wine town of Temmels on the Moselle! My traditional house with a cozy guest room and guest bathroom is only about 100 m from the Moselle bank. It is also located on a quiet street (30 km/h zone) directly on the Mosel bike path between Koblenz and Metz and thus invites you to scenic bike tours. If you prefer hiking, you have the opportunity to reach the Moselsteig via the access road. The border bridge to Luxembourg is only 3 km away, Luxembourg City 30 km. The space The room is cool in summer due to the thick walls and the location on the ground floor. The house has a garden, which can be shared on request. The guest bathroom is for the exclusive use of my guests. A coffee machine is available in the room. Guest access The entire ground floor is available for you. Please do not go up the stairs. Other things to note In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, there are a couple of IMPORTANT things you should be aware of: • Please ventilate the room at least twice a day to avoid moisture in the room. The following applies: no continuous ventilation, but burst ventilation! • Please open the window after every shower in the bathroom, as there is no ventilation system and otherwise moisture will collect! The same applies here: Please open the window completely, don't just tilt it! • Please do not eat in bed, this will leave unsightly stains and it is much more practical at the table anyway. • For sustainability reasons, the coffee machine is operated with reusable capsules made of stainless steel. These only have to be rinsed, dried and refilled. Please don't throw them away! If there is not enough coffee available, let me know and you will get more. • To refill (see below) simply (1) fill about 2/3 of the capsule loosely with coffee, (2) press the coffee firmly with the spoon and (3) attach the filter and silicone lid. (4) The capsule must be inserted into the machine with the hole facing forward (6 o'clock position), otherwise the silicone lid will be pierced. And there is your coffee! • Last but not least: Please use water carefully and sparingly. Our planet thanks you! • Use of the washing machine: Please hang the your laundry inside only when outside it's raining (or rain is foreseen), otherwise, please hang it outiside on the dedicated revolving clothes dryer we have in the garden (séchoir parapluie).
