Warm welcome in a home from home. Shared with one resident landlord. I enjoy meeting the variety of different guest I meet by sharing my home. The distance between Birmingham city centre and stechford is 4 miles. Stechford station and retail park are less than 10 min walk. I’m less than 5 miles away from Birmingham airport and NEC. Very quiet area and it’s off the main road. I live in the house and have full time job and hobbies and interest. Always available to offer help and suggestion. The space Guest room has double bed,wardrobe,drawers and shelves. Guest has access to washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Off road parking available and free WiFi. Centrally heated home.
