Our house is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people. It is located in the peaceful countryside village of Vojnić-Sinjski. It’s just a 25-minute drive to Split and only 12 km from the Dugopolje highway exit. Nearby towns Sinj (10 km) and Trilj (8 km) are also easily accessible. Surrounded by beautiful nature and far from the city noise, you can really relax and enjoy during your stay. Enjoy our private pool, outdoor BBQ and a sunny terrace with a great view on the nearby mountains. The space The house offers two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (180 cm wide), a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and two spacious bathrooms with toilet and shower. For added convenience, one of the bathrooms is an outdoor bathroom with a shower and toilet on the terrace—perfect for freshening up after a swim without having to go inside. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all offer a direct view of the swimming pool, creating a bright and open atmosphere. The kitchen and dining area also have direct access to the outdoor terrace, which features a table and chairs and overlooks the pool and the nearby mountains. On your disposal will be: washing machine, dish-washer, Wi-fi and satelite TV, air-conditioning (living room and a dinning room), iron, hair-dryer.... The entire rental space is located on the ground floor of the house. The first floor is currently not in use and remains undecorated, so guests have the entire house to themselves and can enjoy complete privacy during their stay. Guest access We are offering you a beautiful holiday home, equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. Our guests can exclusively use: entire house, outdoor pool, outdoor grass area, outdoor fireplace/grill area and feel free to pick season fruits and vegetables from our garden. Parking is free for our guests. You can park your car if front of the house or use a garage as well. Garage space is a part of the house and you will be the only ones using the entire area. When you close the garage door, you exit on the other side of the house, directly on the terrace and swimming pool, area where you have your privacy. Other things to note This family property is unique by its location. It is in the rural area, but in 10 minutes by car you can be in the nearby towns Sinj or Trilj. In 20 minutes by car you can be in the center of the middle Dalmatia, SPLIT, our 1700 year old town. Split offers variety of restaurants, cafes, clubs and different events. There are lot of historic and beautiful locations nearby that are pleasure to visit: Split, Salona - which was one of the most important Roman cities in the province of Dalmatia (ancient ruins), Klis fortress (where the Game of Thrones was filmed), Cave Vranjača, Trogir, Omiš, Makarska... The house has its own private swimming pool, but if you also enjoy the sea, the beaches of Split, Omiš or Makarska are only 30-45 min.away by car. Trilj and its surroundings are rich in natural beauty, gastronomy, but also historical sights. There are: - Roman treasures to be discovered, most notably Tilirium, Roman legionary camp, which is located in Gardun, just outside Trilj. -The Nutjak fortress which is located 3 km downstream from Trilj,It was built on a cliff overlooking the river Cetina. Trilj also became recognizable by its TRILL blues festival which will be held in the beggining of July (6th and 07th of July) Sinj is a town with a rich history and a tradition, with its main touristic event, ALKA , knights tournament which always take place on the first weekend in August. You can visit the Museum of Alka in Sinj, also. If you are a fan of an active holiday, near Sinj you can choose between: horse-riding, canuing, paragliding, fly-fishing, paintballing, hiking, and so on.
