Other things to note The electricity is the responsibility of the tenant on meter reading on arrival and departure, payable in CFA to the custodian. After many disappointments with former tenants who used and abused air conditioning (24 hours a day), in operation even absent from the villa, it is impossible for me to assume this responsibility.
