This spacious coach house built in 1863 originally served the main house at No 92. Tastefully furnished. Versatile and comfortable dwelling in the Chilterns. Good transport links into London (40 mins). 13 miles to M25. Excellent walks. The space The Main House has generous off road parking and the Coach house is approached through a double set of gates. From front Entrance doorway there is a very spacious open plan Living / Dining area leading to a galley kitchen. Staircase leads to upper level Landing with Main Double Bedroom , Single Bedroom ( Space for travel cot if required ) and Bathroom with Bath & overhead shower. There are two single Futon Company cubes (in the living room) which fold out to become a single or put together become a double. Please note these are not actual beds but work fine for the odd night or two. So accommodation can rise to five people if required. Small area of terrace with outdoor table and chairs also available for guests to use. Guest access There is space for two cars & guests will have full private access to the Coach house & private terraced area. Other things to note Warner Bros studios just 20 mins away ( Harry Potter enthusiasts ). Great Missenden also offers A Roald Dahl museum ( 20 min drive ) The magnificent Ashridge Estate ( 8 min drive ) with walking & cycling paths. several National trust properties all within 1 hour ( Waddesdon, Cliveden, Woburn , Blenheim Palace - birthplace to Sir Winston Churchill ). Bicester outlet village & the spires of Oxford all close by.
