The space This charming 2-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style, making it ideal for families, friends, or guests. The open-plan layout creates a spacious, airy feel, with the kitchen, living, and dining areas flowing seamlessly together. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a sleek stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals and entertain in style. There’s plenty of counter space for prepping and cooking, plus ample storage for all your kitchen essentials. The living room is cozy and inviting, with a smart TV for all your entertainment needs, whether you're relaxing after a busy day or enjoying a movie night. The dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen, offering a perfect spot for family meals or with colleagues. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, providing a peaceful retreat for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is a twin room, featuring two single beds—ideal for colleagues or children. We provide one bath towel per guest and one bath mat and hand towel per bathroom. The bathroom is stylish and practical, complete with a bathtub and shower combo, offering the flexibility to unwind with a bath or enjoy a quick shower. One of the highlights of this apartment is the private balcony, which provides a quiet outdoor space to enjoy fresh air, sip a drink, or take in the surroundings. We also provide complimentary, tea, coffee, milk and breakfast cereals. Enjoy a communal terrace on the top floor. Reading Train Station and Town Centre is a mere 5-10min walk from the property and a 25min walk from the Reading Festival grounds. Our private car park is charged at £10 per night per vehicle and requires prior reservation dependent on availability. The car park is height restricted to 2.1m & not recommended for vehicles wider than 2.3m. Guest access The entire apartment is of use to the guests. Guests are also able to use the communal areas of the building including the elevator, cycle rack, communal roof terrace. Access is via lockbox. Other things to note The building itself consists of 14 apartments and is a mix of long term tenants and Airbnb guests, therefore please ensure you are respectful of all residents and guests in the building. The house rules must be followed at all times throughout your stay to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for neighbours. Photo IDs for all adults (driving license or passport) (18 and over) is required to be sent to the host prior to check in. The host is not liable for any personal property, nor charges for postage, loss or damage of lost property.
