Villa Eustachio,can accomodate till 16 people with the extra bed open,the villa has an amazing terrace overlooking tha Amalfi coast and a nice garden. The space The villa Eustachio is situated in a village called Scala (Minuta area), not far from the center of Ravello (about 3,5 Km). The villa is reached by a path of 150 stairs 400 mt long This villa is a typical example of a Mediterranean and Amalfi typical house, with all the modern comforts. With the 150 steps in mind, the owners have arranged for a donkey service for luggage at the guest’s disposal(for bookings of a minimum stay of 1 week, otherwise the service is at the expense of the guest, 10€ per luggage oper way) ; this service can be used between 3.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. The villa has a central area, and two other apartments( we always rent the whole villa) The house is in perfect conditions, recently restored. From the ground floor you enter the house into a large living room with separate open kitchen which has a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a TV. There is also one toilet on this floor. On the first level there are three bedrooms (one twin bedroom with mountain views and bathroom with shower, one bouble bedroom whit bathroom with shower and terrce with sea views and one double bedroom plus a single bed with bathroom with shower and terrace with sea view.)All the rooms have the air conditioning. There are also two smaller apartments within the same building: First, the apartment named “La Rondine” can accommodate 5 people and is situated on the ground floor with a living room with double fold out sofa bed, and a balcony with sea view, bathroom with shower.On the first floor there is a double bedroom and one single bedroom which are connected under a sloping ceiling, and a bathroom. Second floor, the apartment named “Garden” can accommodate 2+2 people and is composed of a living room (where is a sofa bed) , a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom. On the ground floor there is the larger terrace of the house and the swimming (website hidden); Fireplace. Guest access The Villa has a beautiful pool and a very nice garden with an amazing view at exlusive use of the guest.
